  • “Digestible News” is a FoodCultura action that starts as a part of a metaphorical reflection on Press and Food as the first edible paper. In this occasion the editorial office was settled in La Friche de Mai, invited to the “Cuisines in Friche” Festival. Members of FoodCultura and numerous local journalists formed the editorial team.   Thanks to the printable wafer paper and digital printing with edible ink, participants could design their own section of the newspaper: Chronicle of Marseille, Society and Culture, Economy and Politics, Food & Drink , Fashion and Design , Readership, Tabloids, Advertising and Horoscopes. This news filled the editorial room while participants ate them and a part of them took where published in the Sunday Edition that was distributed through the streets of Marseille.

    Digestible News is an action for the hungry ones of digestible and indigestible news.
